Foodmec Grease is a high quality food grade grease with polymer additives. The formulation is based on non-toxic components, only which comply to, FDA section 21 CFR 178.3570 for accidental food contact. The base oil is according to DAB and FDA sect. 178.3620 A. 

APPLICATION 

Harvesting machines Wine-, Beer- and Mineral water filling machines Flour Based food (e.g. bakeries), also meat, fish, vegetables, animal feeds, and all food canning operation This grease is ideal for bushes, bearings, conveyer and machine parts or where ever there is a need for grease in the Food & Beverage Industries

It is an amber coloured multipurpose grease containing anti-corrosion and EP additives and is suitable for most conditions especially at elevated temperatures.

PS23 MAXLOAD EP2 MG BEARING GREASE is high quality lithium base grease blended from solvent refined oils and incorporate multi functional extreme pressure additives as well as corrosion, oxidation inhibitors and molybdenum Disulphide. It is suitable for operating temperatures between –30°C and 130°C. Solid lubricant film protects against wear under high load conditions. 

SPECIFICATION: PS23 MAXLOAD EP2 MG BEARING GREASE conforms to SABS specification 1014. 

APPLICATION 

PS23 MAXLOAD EP2 MG BEARING GREASE is designed for use in heavily loaded plain and roller bearings as well as for shock loading conditions in steel mills. It is suitable for use in the full range of bearing speeds encountered in electric motors, machine and wood working tools, production equipment, textile and paper making industry, generators and all types of vehicles. The smooth consistency makes these greases ideal for use in centralized lubrication systems and they can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
